Built for sellers stuck with EU paperwork they never asked for.

Since December 2024, every non-EU seller shipping into the EU needs GPSR documentation. EUProof turns that into a few questions and a download: a risk assessment, a technical file, a Declaration of Conformity, and multi-language safety warnings.

Why we built it

GPSR (EU Regulation 2023/988) landed on small sellers like a wall. Overnight, an Etsy maker or a print-on-demand shop needed a documented risk assessment, a technical file, a Declaration of Conformity, and labels in every market's language. Miss it and the marketplace pulls your listing or greys out the Submit button.

The services that appeared to solve it bundle documents with a Responsible Person and charge €400–500 a year. For a seller doing a few thousand euros in EU sales, that math doesn't work. Plenty of sellers already have a Responsible Person, or whose marketplace provides one. They just need clean paperwork, fast and cheap.

EUProof does one thing well: it builds the documents. You add a product, answer guided questions about materials, use, and hazards, and download the file the same day. We are not your Responsible Person and we don't pretend to be. We give you the paperwork and stay out of your way.

I'm Abdelkader, the engineer behind EUProof. I built this because GPSR hit small sellers hardest, and the only options were expensive bundles aimed at bigger brands. I wanted a cheap, fast way to get the documents right. I read every email myself.
