License

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, EUProof grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the EUProof web application for your business purposes during your active subscription.

EUProof is a hosted service. This license does not grant you access to the source code, binaries, or any right to reproduce, distribute, or self-host the application.

You may not: resell, sublicense, or rent the service; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code; use the service to build a competing product; remove or alter any proprietary notices; circumvent usage limits.

EUProof and all related intellectual property (software, designs, branding, and documentation) remains the property of EUProof and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the product information and documents you create in EUProof. You grant EUProof only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Terms of Service.

"EUProof" and the EUProof logo are trademarks of EUProof. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for factual references to the service.

This license terminates automatically when your subscription ends or when these terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the service; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, restrictions, liability) will survive.
