GPSR (Regulation (EU) 2023/988) is one EU-wide law. It applies the same when you sell into Poland as anywhere else in the EU. What changes by market is the language your paperwork has to be in.
The language Poland expects
Your safety information, warnings, and instructions must be in a language buyers in Poland easily understand. In practice that means Polish. Your labels, instructions, and Declaration of Conformity need to be available in Polish.
